I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The exterior appeared cute with some charming decorations, but the reality was that the inside was a different story. Our first room was in terrible condition, and the staff seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns. Overall, it was a frustrating experience filled with dirty rooms and unpleasant service.
